What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
I would definitely say I need to work on this. I do like to try everything natural before having to use medications with anything. I like home remedies. I try to exercise a few times a week and drink plenty of lemon water. 🍋 I also take a lot of vitamins and natural supplements for hormones. It seems to help a lot. The lemon water actually helps with arthritis pain, believe it or not. It probably has to do with the inflammation. Most importantly, I stay in prayer. Talking with God is most important for my well-being. He is healer of all things.
